Donovan GREEN

FOUNDER/CEO

Donovan has been involved in Real Estate for over 15 years. In the early days, he assisted with and consulted on dozens of renovation, development, multi-unit apartment buildings, and lease-option projects. Between 2006 and 2008, Donovan managed approximately 25 rental units between Washington, DC and Baltimore, MD. Prior to his involvement in real estate, Donovan was an engineer with General Motors and an investigator with the U.S. Department of Transportation. Donovan has both a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering, and a Masters of Science in Management from Syracuse University.

Amongst his peers, Donovan is known and respected for his ability to identify solid real estate opportunities, as well as his project management ability, knowledge surrounding construction, and general real estate investment savvy. Donovan happily resides in Washington, DC, and believes strongly in giving back to his community. To that end, he has coached, mentored, tutored, and provided jobs to the youth in his community.

Roshan Thomas

Administrative Analyst

Roshan has experience with several corporate and non-profit organizations in the DC Metro Area. Through his career experiences, he has gained valuable exposure to many areas within the realm of business operations, including human resources, finance operations, and office management. Roshan has worked with leading organizations, including the Urban Land Institute, Albright Stonebridge Group, and Manhattan Studios, a local consulting firm specializing in deception detection research. Roshan holds a Bachelor of Science from American University's Kogod School of Business.

Roshan is known for his research, design, and project management skills, and supports BNY in each of these areas. As a proud resident of Washington, DC, Roshan is passionate about utilizing his academic and experiential background to catalyze business and finance initiatives among underserved individuals and small businesses in the city.

Destiny is a student at Clark Atlanta University, majoring in Business Administration with a double concentration in Marketing and Management. With plenty experience in sales, marketing, social media and even graphic design, Destiny uses her knowledge to assist companies and brands in overall development. 

At BNY, Destiny goes above and beyond to complete the many brand development projects handed to her. No matter the task, she can quickly solve a problem and even in the most difficult environment, Destiny thrives.
